300 hours Yoga TTC is registered with Yoga Alliance International. Jus Yoga International with his experienced teachers and in depth course material provides complete knowledge in 300 hours Yoga TTC. Our expert and experienced teachers assure that you are given a more advanced understanding of Yoga.
300 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. The TTC Program is 9-11 hours a day. Below is the general day structure.
06:00 – 07:00 – Cleansing/Pranayama
07:00 – 9:00 — Asana Practice Ashtanga Vinyasa/ Hatha/ Iyenger
9:15 – 10:15 – Breakfast
10:15 – 11:15 – Self study
11:00 – 12:00 – Mantra Chanting
12:00 – 13:30 — Yoga Principles / Philosophy / Yoga Sutra Lectures
13:30 – 14:30 – Lunch time/ Refreshing time
14:30 – 15:30 — Study Time / Guest Lecturers
15:30 – 16:30 – Anatomy and Physiology
16:30 – 18:30 — Asana practice / Art of Adjustment / Body Alignment
18:30 – 19:30 – Meditation/ Yoga Nidra/ Chanting
19:30 – 20:30 – Dinner
20:30 – 22:00 – Free Time
22:00 – 05:00 — Mauna / Silence/ Sleep
*This is a tentative schedule. Schedules may change depending on the teachers time, course, and any improvement that may have been implemented. Please keep your schedule as open as possible during TTC for additional activities.

*Accommodation will be with shared rooms by 2 students unless single room required.
*First day (Day 1) is reserved for opening ceremony in morning and ganga Arti in evening.
*Food plan and Accommodation type are mentioned in each TTC dates.
*On Saturday morning there will be a morning walk preferably on the Ganga beach.
*On Sunday there will be a short trip to nearby place like (Kunjapuri Temple, Beatle’s Ashram, Vashistha Cave, River Rafting, Moni Baba Cave).
The 300 Hours Yoga TTC conducted in Jus Yoga International follows strictly the guidelines of Yoga Alliance International. This makes you a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and gives you an opportunity to teach Yoga anywhere in the world.
300 Hours Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh will provide you a complete understanding of scientific and spiritual understanding of Yoga. This helps in the holistic development of your mind, body and soul. The more developed you get holistically the better you become in guiding others as a teacher.
