06:00 – 07:00 – Cleansing/Pranayama
07:15 – 8:45 — Asana Practice Ashtanga Vinyasa/ Hatha/ Iyenger
9:15 – 10:15 – Breakfast
10:15 – 11:15 – Self study
11:00 – 12:00 – Mantra Chanting
12:00 – 13:30 — Yoga Principles / Philosophy / Yoga Sutra Lectures
13:30 – 14:30 – Lunch time/ Refreshing time
14:30 – 15:30 — Study Time / Guest Lecturers
15:30 – 16:30 – Anatomy and Physiology
16:30 – 18:00 — Asana practice / Art of Adjustment / Body Alignment
18:30 – 19:30 – Meditation/ Yoga Nidra/ Chanting
19:30 – 20:30 – Dinner
20:30 – 22:00 – Free Time
22:00 – 05:00 — Mauna / Silence/ Sleep
