Aim of This Course: This 200 hours yoga TTC is mainly focused to bring a yoga enthusiast student to real yoga practices.

Strength and Flexibility
Student will be trained for making traditional Asana more steady and comfortable. Student will learn to modify those traditional Asana into modern way to increase the strength and flexibility. And student will learn to use all of the asana to make flows (Sequences) to focus on different areas of body.


Body Movements and States
And from the Anatomical perspective of learning will bring the complete understanding of body movements and states. Anatomy and physiology will be combined with Asana (postures) to make you understand the purpose of the same (posture).

Focused Mind and Centralized Energy
From the practices of 10 most important pranayamas from Hatha Yoga Pradipika, student will come to know the higher practices of yoga which will bring the mind focused and energy centralized to one Aim.


10 Different Meditation Practices
10 different meditation practices (like Anapana meditation, vayus meditaion, chakra meditation, om meditation, Anapana meditation, vayus meditaion, chakra meditation, mantra meditation, Yoga nidra, Trataka) will be given and you can know which way is working for you.

Clear Concepts
Yoga philosophy will make many concepts clear like “what is the real goal of human being”, “how to reach to the higher state of consciousness”, “why I take wrong decisions in my life”, “why I cannot do meditation” and many more.


Important Opening and Closing Mantra
Students will also able to chant some of the important opening and closing mantra like Ganesha Mantra, Shanti Mantra, Ashtanga opening and closing mantra, Iyenger Class Mantra, Gayatri Mantra, Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra and many more.

Balance the Doshas
Students will understand the body characteristics by concepts of Ayurveda and will know about the “Yogic Diet” and home remedies to balance the Doshas (vata pita kafa forces) and know about the real health.
